RAFAVENT PROCESS VENTILATION
Technical boundary: published airflow and pressure are preliminary calculations at ambient-density basis. No continuous or peak temperature rating is claimed until the selected drive, bearings, materials, cooling arrangement and exposure time are reviewed and documented.
Compact arrangement; motor exposure, cooling disc and shaft heat transfer must be verified.
Motor positioned outside the hot airstream; belts, bearings, guards and cooling are selected for the project.
Backward-curved wheel with project-specific casing, insulation, shaft sealing and mounting orientation.
Calculated selection data — non-certified — ambient-density basis. Final hot-air performance is corrected for actual density and system conditions.
Submit normal and maximum temperature, exposure time and medium composition.
Confirm airflow, pressure, density, altitude and installation orientation.
Select the drive, materials, bearings, cooling, sealing and insulation arrangement.
Correct performance for actual hot-air density and verify motor/VFD duty.
Release the technical submittal with explicit temperature and evidence limits.
