Parallel- or opposed-blade assemblies with manual or motorized actuation selected for system pressure and control duty.
Supply, return and extract terminals coordinated with velocity, throw, pressure loss, sound and architectural finish.
Confirm the opening schedule, airflow and installation exposure.
Select the product type, blade geometry, materials and accessories.
Calculate face/free-area velocities and preliminary pressure loss.
Verify actuator, leakage, rain, acoustic or structural evidence where required.
Issue coordinated dimensions, finish, accessories and claim status in the submittal.
