The journey begins
Iran Fan was founded in Tabriz by Naser Rahif.
A new management generation
Farzin Rahif began his professional career in the ventilation industry.
Specialized products
Production of car-park jet fans began, alongside the development of smoke-control solutions.
Manufacturing expansion
A mass-production factory was launched and manufacturing capacity expanded.
Management transformation
Farzin Rahif became CEO, with a focus on quality and new markets.

Naser Rahif
Founder & ChairmanFounder of Iran Fan and Chairman of Jahan Tahvieh Iranian. His leadership and experience since 1976 form RAFAVENT’s industrial foundation, enabling the transfer of manufacturing knowledge and the preservation of quality.
Farzin Rahif
Chief Executive OfficerActive in the ventilation industry since 2001 and CEO since 2019. He leads the company, RAFAVENT’s development, industrial projects, export markets, product development, manufacturing and quality control.
Dr Ramin Rahif
Vice ChairmanPhD in Architectural Engineering and MSc in Mechanical Engineering; specialist in CFD, HVAC, car-park ventilation and smoke control, building energy and thermal comfort, and Technical Key Account Manager at Würth Belux.
